JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Candidate must possess at least Diploma, Bachelor's Degree or Professional Degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent. At least 2-3 years of working experience in related field. Required Skill(s): MS Office 365, Outlook, Accounting Softwares e.g. AutoCount Preferably with professional qualification specialized in Accounting, Finance or equivalent. Ability to keep sensitive information private and confidential.

REQUIREMENTS:

Maintain of proper accounting and banking records and filling system Evaluating new credit applications and reviewing customers' CTOS report Monitor customer accounts to ensure that payments are correctly applied and received in a timely fashion. Generate financial reports related to accounts receivable, including aging reports, overdue reports Distribute monthly statements to customers to keep them informed of their outstanding balances. Work closely with the sales team for debtor collection Investigate and resolve any payment discrepancies or disputes in a professional and timely manner. Evaluating new credit applications and reviewing customers' CTOS report
