Job Description


  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Degree in Accounting/ Finance or equivalent in any related studies
  • Full time position available
  • Computer literate with Microsoft Office skill and expediency is preferable (Eg: excel, words)
  • Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia
  • Fresh graduates and those with 1-2 years of relevant experience are encourage to apply
  • Familiar with UBS accounting system
Responsibilities
  • Handling full set of financial accounts
  • To ensure proper recording, documentation and filing of account transaction
  • To liaise with external parties such as auditors, bankers and statutory authorities on corporate taxation matters
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly management accounts
  • To keep track of bank accounts and bank reconciliation
  • AR and AP reconciliation
  • Maintenance of fixed asset listing
  • Verification of payment vouchers
  • Perform any other duties & responsibilities as and when assigned by management
