Junior Account Executive

Job Description
- Minimum 1-Year of experience in Management, Accounting, or related field may be preferred
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Strong understanding of accounting, finance, and management principles
- Exceptional math skills
- Proficiency with computers, especially SQL software and MS Office
- High level of efficiency and accuracy
- Willingness to comply with all local, state, federal, and company regulations
- Attention to detail and ability to analyze large amounts of data
- Able to start immediately
- Preparing statutory accounts
- Ensuring payments, amounts and records are correct
- Working with spreadsheets, sales and purchase
- ledgers and journals
- Recording and filing cash transactions
- Controlling credit and chasing debt
- Invoice processing and filing
- Processing expense requests for the accountant to
- approve
- Bank reconciliation
- Liaising with third party providers, clients and suppliers
- Updating and maintaining procedural documentation
- Following order from management for adhoc task
