Job Description

Location: Telok Gong & Selayang

Key Responsibilities

Handle full sets of accounts including AP, AR, GL, bank reconciliation, and month-end closing. Prepare financial statements, management reports, and cash flow summaries for management review. Process supplier invoices, delivery notes, credit notes, and ensure accuracy of vegetable purchase costing. Monitor customer invoices, delivery orders, and collection schedules for HORECA, retailers, and wholesale customers. Maintain accurate inventory records for vegetables, fresh produce, wastage, and daily stock movement. Liaise with procurement, warehouse, and sales teams to verify quantities, pricing, and product returns. Prepare payment vouchers, staff claims, petty cash, and perform daily bookkeeping tasks. Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax requirements, SST, and audit schedules. Handle monthly payroll data compilation (attendance, OT, allowance) and coordinate with HR/payroll provider. Assist in budgeting, cost control, and variance analysis especially for perishable products. Manage filing, documentation, and proper record-keeping for audit and internal control.

Requirements

Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Minimum 1-3 years of experience in accounting (experience in fresh produce, FMCG, trading, or warehousing is an advantage). Strong understanding of inventory accounting and costing for perishable products. Proficient in accounting software (AutoCount). Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to meet deadlines. Ability to work independently and communicate well with operations and sales teams. Willing to work in Telok Gong or Selayang, depending on assignment.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
