• Assist in handling full set of account.
• Prepare periodic financial statements, including Management Account, P&L, balance sheet and other financial reports.
• Perform monthly bank reconciliation function.
• Perform journal entries, verifying all accounting entries.
• Liaise closely with Sales / Operations team.
• Monitor bank facilities transaction and documents submission.
• Monitor bank balances and prepare cash flow reports.
• Liaise with banker, auditor, tax agent and company secretary.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Accounting and Finance.
• Required skill(s): UBS Accounting Software, Microsoft office
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin
• At least 2-3 years of working experience and able to prepare full set accounts.
• Possess analytical skills with good planning and problem solving capability
