Junior Account Executive

Job Description
- Prepare monthly payments and financial reports for management.
- Handle full set of accounts including accounts payable, accounts receivable, fixed assets and bookkeeping of all incoming and outgoing documents.
- Maintain records of vouchers, invoices, payments, etc
- Preparing profit and loss statements
- Handling petty cash
- Balancing of an account means that the two sides are totalled and the difference between them is shown on the side, which is shorter in order to make their totals equal or tally.
- Prepare for quotations, sales orders, delivery order and invoices.
- Support other teams with various administrative tasks as required.
- Candidate must possess at least Certificate/Diploma in Account/related fields.
- At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Knowledge in Microsoft Office/AutoCount Accounting Software.
- Able to handle full set of Accounts independently.
- Having purchasing experience and good negotiation skill is advantage.
- Responsible, efficient and structured with attention to detail.
- Remuneration is base on capability and experience.
