: \xe2\x80\xa2 Assist in handling full set of accounts ( P&L, balance sheet and etc.) \xe2\x80\xa2 To handle account receivables including issue the invoices to the customer. \xe2\x80\xa2 Maintain proper and organized filling of documents on accounts receivable. \xe2\x80\xa2 To assist in preparation of monthly inventory report,from all Terminal \xe2\x80\xa2 Check report before make payment \xe2\x80\xa2 Preparation of payments to suppliers, including issuance at cheques , preparation of payment voucher. \xe2\x80\xa2 Key-in payment (payment vouchers) to supplier and ensuring payment are accurately recorded with Mysoft ERP accounting system. \xe2\x80\xa2 Reconcile accounts payable and receivable transactions. \xe2\x80\xa2 Perform monthly bank reconciliation. \xe2\x80\xa2 Receipts, issuance of official receipts, follow up with customers on debts collection. \xe2\x80\xa2 Dealing with telephone calls, e-mails , letters and verbal requests to/from the managers, ensuring they are followed up and responded to within deadlines. \xe2\x80\xa2 Maintaining and protecting operations by keeping financial information confidential. \xe2\x80\xa2 Acting as the key person in liaison with audit/tax for the entities. \xe2\x80\xa2 Responsible for assisting the team of accountants. Requirement : \xe2\x80\xa2 Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma of account finance/Accountancy/Banking, Commerce or equivalent. \xe2\x80\xa2 At least 1-2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. \xe2\x80\xa2 Computer literate in accounting software and MS Office application. \xe2\x80\xa2 Job Types: Full-time
