Job Description

Job Responsibility



Timely verification and processing of supplier and subcontractor invoices. Accurate and efficient payment processing. Issuance of debit notes and management of deductions and back charges. Preparation and maintenance of payment vouchers, petty cash vouchers, and supporting documentation. Daily bank reconciliation Follow-up on outstanding payments from debtors and creditors. Contribution to the preparation of monthly and annual financial reports. Support for year-end audits and account closures.

Job Requirements:



Certificate, Diploma, or Degree in Accounting or related field minimum a year of experience handling in A/P(Account payable) Able to work independently and meet deadlines

Willing to work in Semenyih, Selangor


Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,800.00 per month
