Job Description

Job Responsibilities



Assist in preparing monthly and annual financial reports. Handle invoices, bills, payment records, and customer accounts. Perform bank reconciliation and maintain accurate financial records. Ensure all financial transactions are recorded properly and timely. Support accounting and administrative tasks when required. Communicate with clients or vendors regarding invoices and payments.

Requirements



Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fields. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (SQL, Autocount, UBS, etc.--adjust as needed). Good communication skills, detail-oriented, and disciplined. Able to work independently and as part of a team. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
