Job Description
Client Background:
It is the leading solar PV systems supplier company in Malaysia, specializing in solar panels installation and solar power systems.
Industry: EPCC (Engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning)
Location: Shah Alam
Headcount: 1
Tenure: Permanent
Remuneration: Basic
Responsibilities:
To assist in the management and control of the company's property and assets
To complete full sets of accounts using the accounting software.
To check the reconcile creditors accounts and to schedule payments
To check accuracy and certify the claims or invoices for processing of payment
TO ensure all invoice are in order and valid and that all goods has been delivered.
To attend all queries from client and supplier regarding their accounts.
To arrange and ensure that Bank Guarantees and insurances for all new projects and any extensions for existing project are being arrange for.
To arrange for all staff's monthly claims and ensure that only the relevant personnel will be paid.
Requirements:
Open for fresh gaduate or minimum 2 years working experience with related field.
Must at least a Diploma in LCCI Accounting or any relevant field in Accounting
