Job Description
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Handle customs tax exemption for LMW and subcontractors \xe2\x80\x93 Application and Reports
- Assist in AP invoice validation and update to system. Ensure timely preparation of monthly AP closing.
- Prepare due Accounts Payables list and payment vouchers.
- AP Statement Reconciliation
- Assist in inventory stocktaking process and Inventory Data Inputs
- Liaise with internal and external auditors and tax auditors during financial audits.
- Participate in SOX related activities and fulfilling SOX requirements, where applicable
- To perform and support any other related job function as and when required by the management
- Candidate must possess minimum LCCI, Diploma in Accounting or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in accounting field, Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Strong communication skills, Microsoft office (Excel, Words, PowerPoint), Accounting software, problem-solving skills and analytical skill.
- Able to speak Mandarin will be additional advantages.
- Able to handle multiple tasks and competent to work under pressure with tight deadlines and fast pace.
- Able to work independently and with good inter-personal skills and self-initiative
