Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least SPM, Diploma, Professional Certificate in Accounting, Finance or equivalent.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Required Skill(s): MS Office 365, Outlook, Accounting Softwares e.g. AutoCount
- Knowledge of the autocount accounting system will be an added advantage.
- Ability to converse multilingual in English, Bahasa Malaysia
- Ability to keep sensitive information private and confidential.
- Entering invoices into the autocount system
- Scanning, filing and maintaining supplier records
- Checking and verifying invoices
- Assist for checking staff claim
- Performing other ad-hoc tasks as required by superior
