  • Educational Background: Bachelor\'s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Experience: 0-2 years of experience in accounting or a related field is preferred. Fresh Graduate are encouraged to apply.
  • Prefer candidate that can speak in Mandarin.
  • Certifications: Pursuing or holding relevant certifications such as PA or ACCA is an advantage.
  • Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Mathematical Skills: Solid understanding of basic accounting principles and financial reporting.
  • Ethical Standards: High level of integrity and commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work effectively as part of a team, as well as independently when required.
  • Adaptability: Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies.
Tanggungjawab
  • Financial Reporting: Assist in the preparation of financial statements, reports, and schedules.
  • General Ledger: Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Accounts Payable/Receivable: Process invoices, manage accounts payable/receivable, and ensure timely payments and collections.
  • Bank Reconciliations: Perform bank reconciliations on a regular basis to ensure accurate financial records.
  • Data Entry: Enter financial transactions into accounting systems with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Support Audits: Assist in internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and information.
  • Expense Tracking: Monitor and report on company expenses, ensuring they align with budget and financial policies.
  • Tax Preparation: Assist with the preparation and filing of tax returns, ensuring compliance with regulations.
  • Inventory Management: Support the management and reconciliation of inventory records, if applicable.
  • Compliance: Ensure all financial transactions comply with company policies and relevant regulations.
  • Ad Hoc Reporting: Prepare ad hoc financial reports and analysis as required by management.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and suggest solutions to enhance efficiency.
