Main purpose of position



Currently we are looking for a Junior Accountant in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia to be part of our global team working together towards our vision - Improving our future. As our Junior Accountant it's the responsibility to support the finance team by ensuring accurate and timely processing of electronic invoices and accounts payable transactions. The Junior Accountant will play a key role in maintaining vendor relationships, verifying invoice data, resolving discrepancies, and contributing to the efficiency and compliance of the company's financial operations.

Main responsibilities



eInvoices generation Eye-share invoices processing (checking of vendor invoices, upload to

Eye-share, follow-up on coding and approval)
Payments processing - vendors and staff claims (transfer approved

invoices on from Eye-share to D365, generate payments file on D365,


upload payments to online portal, send out email to obtain approval, and


follow-up on approval)
Payment processing - petty cash (check supporting, key in journal in

D365, generate payments file on D365, upload payments to online


portal, send out email to obtain approval, and follow-up on approval)
Invoices creation in D365 (Free text invoices, send for approval) Hardcopy documents filing (supplier invoices, petty cash, official

documents)
Other adhoc tasks as deemed fit

Qualifications and competencies



Education: Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
Language: Fluent both in written and spoken Bahasa and English.

Skills: Basic understanding of accounts payable processes and general accounting principles (Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel; experience with eInvoice platforms is a plus).
