What requirements you\'ll need to be eligible
- Degree in Accounting/Finance and pursueing professional accounting qualification.
- Fresh graduate/ min 1 years of working experience in a general finance with responsibility for full set of accounts.
- Strong knowledge of finance functions of ERP systems.
- Excellent communication skill with good proficiency in written and spoken English.
- Highly analytical, organized and excellent time management.
- Account Payables NonTrade Payables Evidence collection and verification for every payable
- A set of purchase documents Invoice, packing list, and inspection report if any scanned into the computer
- Monitor ERP records of AP
- Keep the payables ERP record updated
- Monthly Payables reconciliation
- Maintain payable related paper books and excel file 2 Petty Cash.
