JOB DESCRIPTION

• Assisting in processing daily accounting transaction and handling full set of accounts.
• To prepare monthly closing, journal adjustment and prepare closing report.
• Track bank deposits and payments.
• To prepare online banking payment, liaise with client, sub work & etc.
• To track processing status and ensure deadlines are met.
• Ensure all the supporting documents (invoice, receipt, payment slip) are up to date on timely basis.
• To ensure proper maintenance of records, documents, and filing to support all accounting entries.
• Liaison with auditor, company secretary, tax agent and banks.
• Attend to any ad-hoc task requested by management from time to time.
• Support overall office administration activities for the company.
• Follow up on yearly renewal such as tenancy agreement, business license, etc.
• Other accounts, HR and administrative duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma or Degree in Business/Finance/Accountancy or equivalent.
• Preferred MALE only.
• 1 to 2 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience is preferred but fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.
• Ability to perform filing and record \xe2\x80\x93keeping tasks.
• Experience in bookkeeping is not required but will be a bonus.
• Willingness to progress and grow with the Company.
• Protects the organization\xe2\x80\x99s value by keeping the information discreet and confidential.
• Excellent proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia (speaking and writing).
• Computer literate and familiar with MS Office/Google Suite and accounting software.
• Possess strong sense of responsibility, commitment, accountability, integrity, teamwork and good time management.
• Possess own transport.
