Purpose Statement

Responsible for oversee OEM trading hub supply chain end to end process and ensure proper control is in place. Having good understanding on system and work closely with BSC group counterpart as well as Global Business Service (Shared Service provider).

Responsibilities

• Validate and convert PR (Purchase Requisition) to PO (Purchase Order) based on authorized spending amount.
• Ensure all PO approval comply with authorization limit policy.
• Monitor PO status to ensure they are timely updated and connect with BSC group counterparts to resolve any issue.
• Ensure sales/COGS/inventory are recorded correctly.
• Manage transaction processes including product return and intercompany delivery discrepancies correction.
• Review and monitor closely the accounts related to the transaction and take action as necessary.
• Manage processes for credit and product replacement from vendors.
• Ensure the vendor payment is conducted in timely manner.
• Works closely with Shared service center to deliver the range of accounting services required.
• Monitor performance of global business services.
• Embed a continuous improvement culture to ensure process and service standardization and consistency
• Assists in Quarterly Forecast Cycles and Annual Operating Plan for APAC Supply chain.
• Manages preparation of quarterly/monthly finance reporting packages and other corporate deliverables.
• Provides on-going support for budget-to-actual analysis
• To perform any other duties and responsibilities as assigned. Dealing with other ad-hoc matters as they arise.

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree holder in Accounting, CPA or ACCA ( or equivalent professional)
• Minimum 3-5 years multinational company experiences
• English language competency and effective communication skill
• Able to work with minimal supervision
• Willing to learn and work in fast-phase environment
• Good working attitude and able to work in team
• Japanese language is an added advantage
