REQUIREMENTS

Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (fresh graduates encourage to apply)

Preferable in the Construction industry, to bring valuable insights to the role

Main Office: Johor (will remote to Singapore & etc)

Full Time & Remote

Experience: Fresh graduates or candidates with 1-2 years of relevant experience are encouraged to apply

Language: Bahasa Malaysia, English & Chinese

Proficient in accounting software

Good understanding of basic accounting principles

Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines

Willing to Travel, possess initiative and ability to work independently

Good team player with excellent interpersonal and communications skills

JOB DESCRIPTION

Assist in handling full set of accounts and monthly closing

Prepare journal entries, bank reconciliations, and financial reports

Maintain proper filing and record-keeping of accounting documents

Process supplier invoices and staff claim

Support internal and external audit processes

Assist with tax and statutory submissions (SST, EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB,E-Invoice)

Perform data entry and update financial records in accounting software

Other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the Finance Manager

WORKING HOUR

Monday to Friday (08:30am-05:30pm)

Saturday (08:30am-01:00pm)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,300.00 per month
