Assist in handling daily accounting transactions and data entry.
Prepare invoices, payment vouchers, and receipts.
Assist in bank reconciliation and simple month-end closing tasks.
Maintain proper filing of accounting documents and records.
Support the Accounts Executive or superior in any accounting-related tasks.
Administrative:
Provide general administrative support to the office.
Handle correspondence, filing, and record keeping.
Coordinate office operations and perform ad-hoc duties assigned by management.
Requirements:
Fresh graduates
or candidates with
less than 2 years of experience
are encouraged to apply.
Basic knowledge of
Microsoft Excel
or accounting software (e.g., SQL, Autocount) is an advantage.
Detail-oriented, responsible, and eager to learn.
Able to start work
immediately
is preferred.
