Junior Accounts Executive

What you'll be doing

Preparing and processing accounts payable and account receivable Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records and accounts Reconciling bank statements and petty cash accounts Assisting with the preparation of monthly and annual financial reports Providing administrative support as required Ensuring compliance with financial policies and procedures

What we're looking for

A relevant tertiary qualification in Accounting or a related field Strong attention to detail and demonstrated accuracy in financial record-keeping Familiarity with accounting software and proficiency in using MS Office applications Excellent communication and interpersonal skills A positive attitude and the ability to work independently
