Job Responsibilities: \xc2\xb7 Handling of full set of accounts. \xc2\xb7 Handle of general ledger, and oversee account receivables and account payables. \xc2\xb7 Overseeing daily transactions (e.g account payable/receivable, general ledger, bank reconciliation) \xc2\xb7 Overseeing daily sales transactions & cashflow coming in from 3rd party provider. \xc2\xb7 Maintain proper accounting records and documentation for audit/tax. \xc2\xb7 Any other tasks as assigned by immediate superior from time to time. \xc2\xb7 Position is based in Puchong, Selangor. \xc2\xb7 Able to start immediately is an added advantage. . Fresh grads are encouraged to apply Job Requirements: \xc2\xb7 Bachelor\'s degree in Accounts or Finance. \xc2\xb7 Minimum 2 years of working experience in the related field. \xc2\xb7 Multi tasker, fast learner, independent, self-motivated dynamic, able to work under pressure with minimum supervision and able to meet deadline. \xc2\xb7 Resourceful, result-oriented, work well under pressure and committed to work long hours to deliver results. \xc2\xb7 Fluent in spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia. \xc2\xb7 Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other accounting software. \xc2\xb7 Good communication and interpersonal skills with ability to interact with people at all levels. \xc2\xb7 Ability to harness financial data to inform decisions. \xc2\xb7 Ensure that KPI and all task assigned and deliverables are completed as per the timeline; or earlier.
