Kelayakan
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; 1-2 years of relevant experience is an added advantage.
Basic knowledge of accounting principles and MPERS.
Willingness to learn and develop a career in accounting.
Good attention to detail and ability to handle numerical data.
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Familiarity with accounting software is an advantage.
Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
Tanggungjawab
Assist in preparing accounting records and financial statements for clients across various industries in accordance with Malaysian Private Entities Reporting Standards (MPERS).
Support senior accountants in the full accounting process, including data collection, documentation, and basic analysis.
Prepare schedules, working papers, and supporting documents for financial statements and MBRS reporting.
Perform basic bookkeeping tasks such as data entry, reconciliations, and account reviews.
Assist in reviewing financial records to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Communicate with team members and clients to obtain required information and clarify accounting matters.
Learn and apply accounting standards, tax regulations, and firm procedures.
Support compliance with statutory requirements and deadlines.
Participate in on-the-job training and continuous learning to develop technical and professional skills.
