Junior Analyst
Full Time We are looking for someone analytical who is to be responsible for gathering business data through many different ways including gathering data through mining a company\'s computer data, internal departments, and looking against competitor data. Responsible:
1. Review and validate products data as it\'s collected,
2. Oversee the deployment of data,
3. Develop policies and procedures for the collection and analysis of data,
4. Create or discover new data procurement and processing programs,
5. Cooperate with IT department to deploy software and hardware upgrades that make it possible to leverage big data use cases,
6. Monitor analytics and metrics results,
7. Implement new data analysis methodologies,
8. Review products files to ensure integrity of data collection and utilization,
9. Perform data profiling to identify and understand anomalies, Required Experience:
1. Open to fresh graduates from related data management/ business analytics.
2. Good in Statistics, Probability and other Mathematical Models.
3. Good data extraction, analysis, problem solving, reporting and presentation skills.
4. Proven ability to troubleshoot and solve issues, and address root cause.
5. Good multi-tasking, verbal and written communication skills.
6. Good interpersonal skills and customer/co-worker relationships.
7. Successfully demonstrated teamwork skills with a strong focus on developing good team dynamics.
8. Good organizational capabilities and ability to work effectively with minimal supervision.
9. Ability to be flexible with job responsibilities and take the initiative to assume added responsibilities. Benefits:
