Come be a part of this journey!ROLE PROFILEJOB TITLE : Junior Analyst - AR BillingREPORT TO : Order to Cash- Assistant ManagerFUNCTION : Order to CashLOCATION : BASS Aspac, SelangorPURPOSE STATEMENT:The Junior Analyst - AR Billing will be involved in overseeing and performing the processing of information within the Billing and SOx controls processes to ensure quality and accurate completion of services and key performance indicators (KPIs), as defined in the Service Level Agreement (SLA) with adherence to SOx and other controls.PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIESPerform billing activities and interfacesPerform invoice postingPerform chits(delivery documents) reconciliation and fillingGenerate account statementPrepare monthly reportsAssist Team Lead with new process implementationsParticipate in continuous improvement in process efficiency and effectivenessAssist in the maintenance of Accounts Receivables general policies & proceduresAssist in monitoring performance measures/key performance indicators (KPIs)Establish and maintain a working relationship with OpCo where applicableEnsure internal controls are adhered toResponse to queries in a timely and efficient manner to promote a customer-orientated culture in GBS.Support migration project to ensure a smooth transition of tasks from end markets to GBS.Update task level descriptions or process manuals as and when there are changes to manage knowledge retention and to assist back-ups performing tasks on behalf.Perform testing of new systems/technology and processes as and when required to minimize potential problems to operations.Ad hoc tasks as and when requiredREQUIREMENTSTechnicalIn-depth knowledge of relevant accounting terminology for own department and organisation-wise;Understand all jargon;SAP or other relevant accounting e-platform user skills.InterpersonalAbility to work well with other team members and achieve productive working relationshipsAbility to communicate effectively in English, both orally and in writingCustomer ServiceDeals with all customer requirements in a professional manner;Understanding the needs of the customer and being aware of their role.
