What You'll Do

As a Data Analyst within the Regional Projects team, you'll:

Conduct project feasibility studies via the preparation of in-depth data-driven analyses for upper management's review and devise action plans to resolve issues in a rapidly changing environment Identify, standardise, and automate data collection and processing workflows, including evaluating automation opportunities and implementing process improvements to drive operational efficiency Develop and manage advanced reporting, analytics, and interactive dashboards that provide comprehensive business insights on company KPIs through data interpretation and analysis from data sources Perform thorough data cleansing, processing, and validation to ensure high-quality, accurate, and reliable datasets that meet analytical and reporting standards Facilitate effective communication and alignment with process stakeholders across regional teams and country operations in multiple markets.

What You'll Need

- Essentials

A minimum of 1-2 year(s) working experience in a similar role Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or other Quantitative degrees Possess intermediate Excel & visualisation skills (Experience using Tableau or Looker would be an added advantage) Great with number crunching and aptitude for data-driven decision-making and automation Solution-based thinker and able to work independently on new challenges and opportunities Excellent spoken and written English with good communication skills and is comfortable interacting with stakeholders from different markets to understand their data needs A proactive professional who strives for excellence and is committed to drive a strong impact on the business
