Assist in Level 1 application support either on site or remote when necessary.
Assist in Level 1 troubleshooting/ ID creation for all systems, as per SLA standard when necessary.
Assist in patch release/ upgrade activities.
Have knowledge of basic SQL trouble-shooting skills.
Plan, lead and drive the project deliverables within a given timeline independently.
Preferable \xe2\x80\x93 On-call 7 days when necessary on rotation basis.
Job Requirement:
Candidate should possess a Professional Certificates, Diploma / Advanced Diploma, Bachelor Degree or equivalent in Engineering (Computer / Telecommunication),Computer Science / Information Technology.
Preferably at least 2 years of related working experience.
Preferably Executive specializing in Information Technology or equivalent.
Good communication skills in English,Malay language for both spoken and written.2 Contract positions available.
Software application support related to Hospital information (HIS) and other clinical systems.
Be able to work in a team of application support.
