More than 3 years of experience in art direction across various media platforms in an advertising/social agency, with some experience doing design/print work as well
A deep understanding of and past experience in creating integrated content across various marketing channels ie print, on-ground, content creation, social, publications, graphic design etc
A conceptual thinker who is able to translate ideas into communication solutions across relevant touchpoints
Positive, resourceful, curious, with excellent problem-solving skills
A Singapore girl or boy at heart, with a strong understanding and love for Singapore society and culture

Position: Junior Art Director Location: KL (WFH until we have an office \xe2\x80\x93 most likely to rent a co-working space in KL Sentral) But practice Hybrid working. So Still mostly working from home.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Conceptualize, develop and execute original, innovative, and strategically-sound creative concepts and ideas across the full range of design communication channels
Provide art direction, graphic design, and layout for ATL, BTL & social media/digital (ranging from static, animation, photography and video productions)
Research and think strategically to understand client\xe2\x80\x99s needs in order to deliver creative solutions that effectively meet communication objectives and are in line with clients\xe2\x80\x99 brand intent, guidelines and messaging
Set the design direction of creative campaigns across various platforms
Work closely with copywriters and other design-based creatives to develop and execute creative concepts
Work with project managers to crack the creative brief, provide solutions and ensure project timelines are met
Participate in the entire production process to ensure integrity of final product (print, video, or digital production).
