We are seeking an experienced Junior Art Director / Senior Illustrator with 5-8 years of work experience. In this role, you will work along with a senior copywriter to conceptualise and execute social, digital and integrated campaigns for our retainer clients. If you are a creative thinker who likes autonomy and can operate independently, this role is for you. You will have the opportunity to work across a wide array of brands and lead the creative thinking on both current businesses and pitches and will report to the Creative Director. Scope of work - Conceptualise and execute digital campaigns and ads across various platforms and clients Create original, innovative, and meticulous layouts and digital ads that demonstrate excellent typographic and layout skills while adhering to defined brand guidelines. Autonomously and independently run all aspects of assigned projects with minimal direction and collaborate with and present directly to project owners. Manage other stakeholders involved in the development of projects including any illustrators, photographers, animators etc.as needed Identify photographers and film-makers as needed for projects and supervise and direct their output. Requirements & Skills - At least 5-8 years of experience in a similar role A bachelor\'s degree in design (or related field) A portfolio showing depth of thinking, art direction skills, creative vision and original ideas Ability to apply conceptual strategy, brainstorm facilitation, day-to-day directing of a project to completion Passion, drive, desire and a proactive approach to solving client challenges and creating amazing work
