• 4-6 years of experience in print, packaging, and branding design (agency experience preferred).
• A strong portfolio showcasing conceptual thinking, creative direction, and executional expertise.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and familiarity with AI tools like Midjourney.
• Strong understanding of layout, typography, brand identity, and print production.
• Ability to lead and mentor designers while maintaining high creative standards.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills to present ideas and collaborate with internal and external teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and guide the creative development of packaging, brochures, marketing materials, and other print collaterals.
• Lead the team to develop innovative and impactful design solutions.
• Lead brainstorming sessions, provide constructive feedback, and ensure consistency across all creative outputs.
• Explore materials, finishes, and design techniques to push creative boundaries.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure brand consistency and design effectiveness.
