Role Summary

Primary responsibilities:
1. Candidate should have Electrical background BE/B.tech - Electrical engineer
2. Should having of knowledge of Fermenter, continuous centrifuge , Homogenizer, steam sterilizer(Autoclave), Dry heat sterilizer, Chromatography system , Chromatography columns, process vessel and handling of QMS documents.
3. Performing the Preventive maintenance for Production equipment\'s and documenting the preventive maintenance checklists and Planner
4. Preparation on Effectiveness of PM/CAPA and coordinating for the updation of Procedures/Frequency revision, so as to increase the Equipment reliability.
5. Coordinating for the preparation of Critical spare parts of production Equipment\'s.
6. Responsible for addressing and timely closure of complaints and generating reports in SAP.
7. Responsible for Ensuring Good Engineering Practices and to comply with audit compliance, safety and Productivity.
8. Adherence to standard operating procedures, QMS, Safety, cGMP and EHS requirements.
9. Coordinating with vendor for carrying out activities related to statutory compliance and ensuring timely completion.
10. Preparation of documents related to QMS and EHS management system.
11. Issuance of work permits.
Secondary responsibilities (Wherever applicable):
1. Monitoring of energy conservation measures.
2. Coordinating the AMC activity with vendor
