Job Summary:

We are seeking a Junior Developer with 3-5 years of experience in Java and BPM (Business Process Management) development to support the Shared Platform - AWF environment. The ideal candidate will work on application enhancements, bug fixes, and BPM workflow development within banking and financial service systems. Familiarity with SQL, Linux/Windows environments, and exposure to AML or financial platforms is a plus.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain BPM-based applications and workflows. Write and debug backend services and integration components using Java. Manage and query SQL databases for data manipulation and reporting. Collaborate with senior developers and business analysts to implement functional requirements. Perform code testing, peer reviews, and application performance tuning. Deploy applications and monitor performance in Linux and Windows environments. Troubleshoot and resolve issues in development and support environments.

Required Skills & Qualifications

3-5 years of experience in Java development. Hands-on experience with any BPM platform (e.g., Appian, Pega, Camunda, IBM BPM, etc.). Strong knowledge of SQL for data management. Comfortable working in Linux and Windows OS environments. Good problem-solving and communication skills.

Good to Have

Basic knowledge of Shell Scripting. Exposure to banking systems, especially AML (Anti-Money Laundering) platforms or workflows. Familiarity with Agile methodology and tools like JIRA, Git.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
