Tanggungjawab Ensure that the highest standard of food and personal hygiene quality and cleanliness is maintained. Prepare, bake/cook and present all baked items/pastry/food effectively and efficiently, meeting the company operations manual and standards. Experienced with decoration techniques. Assist in the preparation, baking and presentation of all baked items/pastry. Assist in keeping food wastage to minimum, through correct product measurement. Assist in stock inventory count. Maintain good knowledge on standard baking/pastry/cooking preparation through training by immediate superior/manual provided by the company. To ensure cleanliness and tidiness of the workstation (dry and safe), locker room and kitchen. Ensure all the equipment are used for its intended purpose, following standard operating procedures and to prevent and eliminate waste of expendable supplies, which contribute to the overall food cost.
