- To promote and sell Bancassurance product
- To generate own leads from walk-in customers, bank events, and personal contacts
- To identify new sales strategies and approaches to achieve the sales target
- Actively participate in the bank\xe2\x80\x99s sales and promotion activities
- To deliver best sales practices and provide excellent customer service
- Disciplined tracking of all sales activities
- Preferable recognized degree or diploma qualification
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience/5 years of sales experience for SPM holder
- Driven and able to work under minimal supervision
- Loves to meet people and has good networking skills
- Persuasive and good influencing skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
