A world of wonder awaits you.About the jobYour responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Process and oversee supplier payment runs and manual electronic fund transfers for subsidiaries
• Follow up on payment approvals with users
• Post bank statements, including Electronic Bank Statements
• Reconcile accounts (bank, payment run clearing, and supplier subledger accounts)
• Reporting of Cash Flow for the entities in scope
• Analyze root causes and resolve payment issues in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
• Execute internal controls in accordance with the banking controls catalog
• Assist internal and external auditors by providing requested data
• Support the implementation of new technologies to drive automation
• Perform ad hoc requests based on stakeholder needs

About youWe are looking for a unique and amazing talent, who brings along the following:

• 1 year of experience in a similar role
• Degree in Accounting/Finance or similar education
• Fluent in English and Mandarin language (reading, writing and speaking); Japanese and/or Korean knowledge is a plus
• Proficiency in MS Office and ideally knowledge in SAP
• High degree of accuracy and attention to detail

• Continuous improvement mindset
• Ability to work in dispersed teams and multicultural environment
