Job Description

Duty and Responsibilities:

Business Intelligence (BI)

Support data extraction, cleaning, and real-time dashboard development (primarily using Tableau). Translate business needs into visual data solutions that aid departmental decisions.

Business Data Analytics

Conduct in-depth performance tracking, reporting, and trend analysis across departments. Identify business opportunities, inefficiencies, or improvement areas using data insights.

Strategic

Handle strategic or high-impact tasks assigned directly by the CEO. Tasks are challenging in nature and require strong business acumen, agility, and cross-functional coordination. Impact areas include expansion strategy, business model analysis, and ad hoc investigations.

Operational System Enhancement

Review and propose system improvement frameworks to enhance internal operations. Ensure systems support data-driven decision-making through automation, integration, or redesign.

KPI & OKR Framework Development

Design, build, and maintain KPI and OKR structures for different departments. Ensure frameworks are strategically aligned with company goals and regularly reviewed for relevance.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
