Job Description
Duty and Responsibilities:
- Builds and maintains dashboards to track performance across group, business unit, function, and outlet levels, ensuring data accuracy and consistency. - Supports KPI and OKR design, tracking, and performance reviews by translating targets into measurable and actionable metrics. - Works with data from multiple operating systems, identifying gaps and supporting automation to reduce manual reporting. - Prepares clear, concise management reports and supports the CEO and leadership team with data-driven insights and explanations.
Skills
Strong proficiency in Power BI or Tableau, and advanced Excel for analysis and visualisation., Working knowledge of SQL for data extraction and transformation., Comfortable working with multi-source datasets and building repeatable reporting processes.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
