Job Description

Responsibilities:
To install equipment in customer\xe2\x80\x99s premises as instructed by the immediate supervisor/Service Manager/HOD.
To support and perform all service jobs effectively and efficiently to ensure maximum customers\xe2\x80\x99 satisfaction.
To act as product/application specialist to assist the sales staff to convince customers of quality and reliability of equipment sold by the Company.
To support and maintain all testing equipment, tools and diagnostic materials in good condition.
To keep abreast of developments in technologies of the product represented by the Company so as to provide competent service support to customers.
To follow up on existing customers to sign up for service contracts after the expiry of warranty service contracts.
To ensure that all equipment repairs and maintenance service are promptly attended to and rectified within a reasonable period of time to minimize down time in the Customer\xe2\x80\x99s operation.
To provide customers\xe2\x80\x99 feedback of customers\xe2\x80\x99 comments on Company\xe2\x80\x99s product sold to them.
To work closely with the sales personnel to increase market share of the equipment sold by the Company.
Ad Hoc Function - Perform other miscellaneous duties as assigned by immediate supervisor/Service Manager/HOD.

Requirement:
Technical skills required. Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate or Diploma in Engineering (Biomedical/Electrical/Electronic).
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Visibility requires maintaining a professional appearance and providing a positive company image to the public.
High level of personal initiative and ability to work independently with a minimum supervision.
Excellent communication skills; negotiation and customer communication.
Work requires significant local travel and may require willingness to work on a flexible schedule and overnight travel.
Must be able to work after office hour inclusive of weekend and holidays where required.
Will consider for Service Engineer position if meet with requirements (preferably Degree holder in related field with working experience in medical/healthcare industry).
