DIMO Maint is a 30 years-old SME specializing in asset maintenance management solutions. Our software helps businesses plan and track maintenance operations, optimizing resource utilization and reducing downtime. DIMO Maint has earned the trust of over 2,500 customers spanning across 100 countries. We cater to a diverse range of sectors, including manufacturing, real estate, environment, oil & gas, healthcare, transport, and more.

KEY RESPONSABILITIES

Prospection campaigns | Growth marketing



o Plan campaign objectives with the sales engineers.

o Upstream strategic analysis

o Establishment of monthly business development campaigns

o Content creation + project management

o KPI tracking

Management of incoming leads



o Qualification & project analysis

o Handling of all incoming partner and customer requests within a short time

o Organization of appointments & Web Demos for the sales engineers

Incoming leads analysis



o Identify lead sources (websites, event/exhibitions, files, growth, ads, social media, webinars)

o Segment leads by geographical areas.

Reporting of actions taken



o Participate in weekly and monthly manager meetings.

o Collaborate with other business development executives.

o Share best practices and facilitate lead transfers.

Short/medium term evolution in the position



o Recruit, train, and supervise new interns.

o Targeted prospecting missions (content + geographical area)

o Support other business development missions.

Other Missions



o Translations: Business documentations & Power Points presentations

o Partners Extranet: Update management and communication

o management of the mailbox DIMOMAINTSALES and distribute the opportunities among sales engineers.

o back-up of sales engineers (leave/travel/emergency) on the CRM/ERP: opportunities, quotes, contracts

o Guarantee the quality and completeness of the CRM.

o Microsoft office: Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.

o CRM: Yellow Box

o ERP: Akuiteo

o Growth Marketing: Apollo

o LinkedIn

KEY SKILLS



Hard Skills



o Ability to analyze customer needs and align them with our offerings.

o Effective communication and adaptability.

o Excellent written communication skills, adhering to spelling, grammar, and syntax rules with a professional tone.

o Languages: Bahasa, English and French

o Curiosity and an interest in client need and economic activity.

o Methodical organization.

o Patience and perseverance in overcoming challenges.

o Proactive in proposing relevant actions.

Key Knowledge



o Familiarity with the solution's functionalities.

o Understanding of the company's values and areas of expertise.

o Proficiency with internal IT tools.

o Awareness of cultural differences.

o Ability to work in French & English; Chinese would be appreciated.

o Knowledge of Growth Marketing tools.

o Monitoring and analyzing KPIs for actions taken.
