Job Description

To monitor the site schedule, work progress, and work quality on-site in accordance with the specification to ensure its completion within the targeted time frame and cost. Attending all meetings related to the project and liaising with clients, consultants, and other professionals such as surveyors, subcons and suppliers on all related aspects of construction activities. Preparation of monthly site progress report, monitoring progress, and reporting to the construction manager. To manage, supervise and oversee Subcon works in accordance with the design and drawing specifications. Establishing and controlling all construction issues and ensuring all technical and engineering aspects of the project meet clients' requirements and statutory. Handling all documentation and maintaining good administrative records. Liaise with external consultants, contractors and surveyors on the technical issue. Prepare and assist on the site schedule work progress To familiar with all the construction drawings. Completing any other things as assigned by superior.
