Job Description


We are hiring for a Junior Contract Administrator based in Seri Kembangan, Selangor (Hybrid working 3 days a week in office). The role will come with a competitive salary and benefits package including annual leave, company bonus, group insurance coverage, dental and optical benefits and more.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • supporting sales/ account management/ customer team members with completing order forms, schedules and other standard documents through to signature and billing ensuring compliance with procedures.
  • Assist in improving and automating the processes helping to prepare the business for growth and expansion.
  • to support to the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer: including assisting with day-to-day administration as needed.
The ideal candidate will have the following experience:

Required:
  • graduate with Honours degree or equivalent
  • strong electronic document handling skills e.g. Word, Excel etc.
Desirable:
  • Additional professional qualifications demonstrating relevant skills.
  • Experience in financial services, wealth management or corporate services.
  • Experience working in or exposed to a professional environment.
  • Experience with contract and / or company secretarial administration
