LLB, CLP or other recognised qualifications;
Shall be able to work independently with minimal supervision as well as in a team with the other clerks and committed to work;
Will be required to liaise with clients, developers, bankers, lawyers and various government bodies;
Willing to learn with a good working attitude and responsible;
Have the ability to write and converse fluently in English and Bahasa Malaysia; and
Able to start work immediately if possible.
