A Course Researcher is responsible for researching, designing and developing courses for a variety of educational institutions, including universities, colleges, online learning platforms, and corporate training programs. The Course Researcher will work closely with subject matter experts, instructional designers, and other stakeholders to create engaging and effective learning experiences that meet the needs of students and learners. Key Responsibilities: Conduct research on the topic and subject matter to be taught in the course Develop course outlines, objectives, and learning outcomes Collaborate with subject matter experts and instructional designers to ensure course content is accurate and effective Create and develop course materials, including lesson plans, presentations, handouts, and assessments Review and evaluate course content to ensure it is up-to-date and relevant Design and develop multimedia components to enhance the learning experience, such as videos, animations, and interactive exercises Incorporate feedback from students and instructors to continually improve the course Stay up-to-date with the latest educational technologies and trends, and incorporate them into course design and development Ensure that courses meet accessibility and inclusivity standards Manage and maintain course materials and ensure they are accessible to learners Communicate effectively with stakeholders throughout the course design and development process Qualifications: Bachelor\'s degree in education, instructional design, or related field Strong research and analytical skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Experience in course design and development Knowledge of educational technologies and trends Ability to work collaboratively with subject matter experts and instructional designers Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Familiarity with accessibility and inclusivity standards in education.
