We are looking for an energetic and self-motivated Junior Creative Designer to join our growing marketing department. If you\'re passionate about design, have a keen eye for aesthetics, and are ready to bring your creativity to the next level, we want to hear from you. Organised, efficient, creative with exceptional time management and attention to detail, the Jr Creative Designer has a good understanding of graphic design, social media trend awareness, concept development and brand consistency from brief to execution. Responsibilities Create visually appealing marketing materials that align with our brands, for a variety of platforms including, but not limited to, digital and print media. Work closely with the Marketing Strategist and Senior Designer to understand design requirements and deliver designs that meet or exceed expectations. Assist in the development of design concepts that align with our branding and messaging. Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet due dates in a timely manner. Work collaboratively with the creative team to develop and refine design concepts that align with project goals and brand guidelines. Assist in the creation of multimedia content, including but not limited to videos, animations, and interactive presentations. You will assist with the management of FEA-owned and client-owned social media accounts; scheduling and publishing content and responding to community comments and enquiries. Ensure consistency in design elements and brand messaging across all projects and brands, including, but not limited to The Music Run, POWERMAN Malaysia and REDLINE Fitness Games. Stay up-to-date with design trends, tools, and technologies to bring fresh and innovative ideas to the team. Qualifications Education: Diploma or Bachelor\'s degree in Multimedia Design, Visual Arts or a related field. Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects and demonstrating creativity, originality, and a keen eye for detail. Software Proficiency: Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), and familiarity with multimedia tools (After Effects, Premiere Pro) is a major bonus! Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skill, with the ability to effectively present and explain design concepts.
