Job Summary

As a Junior Creative Designer, you will work closely with our design team to support the creation of captivating visual content for various print and digital platforms. From assisting in the development of marketing collateral to contributing to the execution of advertising campaigns, you will play a key role in bringing our brand vision to life. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for design, proficiency in graphic design software, and a passion for innovation.

• Assist in providing creative direction, collaborating closely with the design team to create marketing collateral.
• Support in creating clear and engaging graphic communications for print and digital mediums, encompassing brochures, website graphics, social media visuals, posters, flyers, and other marketing materials across various departments.
• Aid in the development of advertising and communications campaigns, including those on social media, TV, and other platforms, as well as exhibitions and event promotions.
• Collaborate with the creative team to brainstorm and develop effective design strategies, contributing to the final artworks to ensure visual appeal and brand consistency.
• Assist in ensuring adherence to company brand guidelines among employees and contribute to improving or revising these guidelines as necessary.
• Assist in all stages of photography and video production, from brainstorming and planning to shooting and editing.
• Undertake any additional marketing-related tasks assigned by supervisors.
• Handle any other ad hoc tasks as assigned by management.

• Minimum qualification of Diploma/Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field preferred and/or previous experience in graphic design, either through internships, freelance work, or full-time employment.
• Minimum 1-year experience in graphic design or related field is preferred.
• Strong command of graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Canva).
• A comprehensive portfolio showcasing a range of design projects and styles.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

• Additional skills such as Adobe XD, Sketch, or Adobe After Effect are added advantages.
• Proficiency in HTML, Java, and CSS coding languages are also added advantages.
• High energy with great presentation skills.
