As our junior creative director, you will work for creative idea, design, and brand identity. Manage Video Team to create video content, content direction, and the overall. Responsibilities: - Work creatively to develop and maintain brand identity, ensuring consistency across all platforms (digital, print and etc) - Develop and execute creative idea concepts for design - Direct Videographer for video content, and direction. - Develop and implement content direction strategies that align with our brand identity. - Copywritting -Manage time and schedule. - Develop presentations on creative concepts and strategies for internal and external stakeholders - Manage multiple projects and deliverables simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met Requirements: - Bachelor\'s degree in a related field (Advertising, Film, Marketing, Communications, Design, etc.) - 2-3 years of experience in a creative role, with a portfolio demonstrating your work - Familiar with Google Slides to present ideas - Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to work independently and in a team. - Strong understanding of brand identity and content direction strategies - Proficient and knowledge in Adobe Creative Suite and other creative tools - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously -Can work independently and team.
