Job Description

Key Responsibilities

1. Creative Direction

Assist in developing creative concepts, storylines, and campaign ideas for media, film, digital, and entertainment projects. Oversee visual and narrative consistency across all creative materials. Support the Creative Director in pitching and presenting ideas to clients and stakeholders.

2. Content Development

Collaborate with writers, producers, designers, and editors to produce engaging content. Participate in scriptwriting, storyboarding, and creative reviews. Ensure all content meets deadlines and maintains quality standards

. Production Support

Coordinate with production teams during pre-production, shoot, and post-production stages. Review edits, visuals, and sound design for creative alignment.

4. Brand & Design Supervision

Ensure creative assets reflect the company's branding, tone, and visual identity. Provide direction on graphic design, motion graphics, and digital artwork.

5. Team Collaboration

Mentor junior designers, interns, and creative team members. Work closely with marketing, media, and business development teams to ensure creative strategies support business goals.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Creative Media, Film, Design, Communications, or a related field.

3-5 years of experience

in a creative leadership or senior design role within the

media and entertainment industry.

Strong portfolio demonstrating creative vision, storytelling ability, and visual design skills. Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects) or equivalent tools. Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills. Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
