Key Responsibilities

- Professional Customer Service:

Provide exceptional support to the LeveX community through various channels.

- Multi-Channel Support:

Efficiently manage customer inquiries via live chat, email, social media, and voice calls.

- Early Shift Hours:

Support our community during the hours of 09:00 AM to 09:00 PM (GMT +8).

- Documentation:

Write reports, articles, and end-user guides to enhance user experience.

- Ad-Hoc Tasks:

Complete additional tasks as assigned by the Customer Support Manager.

Requirements

- Shift Flexibility:

Ability to work 12-hour shifts, including public holidays and one weekend.

- Diploma/Degree in:

Banking & Finance or International Business

- Self-Motivated:

Independent, self-disciplined, and able to work with minimal supervision.

- Stable Internet Connection:

Must have a constant and reliable internet connection.

- Laptop or Desktop:

Must have a secure and dependable PC laptop or desktop for work.

- Language Proficiency:

Fluent in English with excellent communication and collaboration skills.

- Technical Writing Skills:

Ability to write reports that clearly articulate technical issues.

- Blockchain Knowledge:

A solid understanding of blockchain transactions.

- AI Proficiency:

Familiarity with AI tools to improve work quality and efficiency.

- Language Skills:

Proficiency in any of the following languages:

+ Chinese

+ Spanish

+ German

Additional Considerations

- Industry Experience:

Candidates with prior experience in similar roles within other centralized exchange (CEX) platforms will receive a salary boost.

Salary

Starting from 900 USDT per month, with potential increases based on experience and qualifications.

Successful applicants will be employed as freelance contractors.
