Junior Customer Service Representatives

Key Responsibilities
Manage customer inquiries through phone, email, and chat in
Bahasa Malaysia
.
Provide accurate information and effective solutions to customer issues.
Maintain professionalism, empathy, and customer-first attitude during interactions.
Escalate complex cases to the appropriate departments when needed.
Record and update customer information accurately in the system.
Collaborate with the team to achieve performance targets and meet service level agreements (SLAs).
Requirements
Proficiency in
Bahasa Malaysia
(spoken & written).
Basic English communication skills.
Minimum
SPM / Diploma / Degree
in any field (fresh graduates encouraged to apply).
Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Flexibility to work on a
rotational schedule (regular & night shifts)

Previous customer service or call center experience is an added advantage.
