you will join our customer support team will be responsible for analysing call centre operations, help in designing, and improving information systems to help the organization achieve its business goals. In this entry-level role, you will be working closely with our Real-time Analyst and Work Force Management team in supporting the Operations team in delivering exceptional service to our customers while gaining valuable experience in the field of customer relations and data analysis.
Data Collection:
Assisting in gathering and organizing data from various projects and systems to ensure that it is ready for analysis.
Data Processing:
Supporting the cleaning and preparation of data to ensure accuracy and reliability for analysis. Help maintain accurate records of call center activities and ensure data integrity

Basic Data Analysis:
Performing initial analysis under the guidance of senior analysts, helping to identify trends and insights.
Data Visualization:
Creating basic visualizations and charts to represent data findings clearly and effectively using MS Excel and Power BI
.
Report Generation:
Assisting in the preparation of reports that summarize findings and insights for stakeholders. Assist in monitoring call centre performance metrics and generating reports to evaluate service levels.
Collaboration:
Working closely with senior analysts and team members, contributing to projects and learning from their expertise. Collaborations with IT team for the development of mobile applications to provide real-time operational dashboards per project.
Learning and Development
: Actively seeking opportunities to learn new tools, techniques, and best practices in data analysis to enhance their skills. Provide support in training new
Qualification
We welcome candidates with SPM/O-Level and a minimum of 6 months' proven experience in data analytics.
Fresh graduates holding a diploma or degree qualification are strongly encouraged to apply
Proficiency in data entry and database management including use of MS Excel and Power BI.
Ability to approach complex problems logically and break them down into manageable components.
Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) systems is a plus.
Detail-Oriented and pays close attention to detail while ensuring the big picture is always in mind.
