1. Generally, select capable person to become team leaders 2. Prepare BOM file, statistic rebar & cast in item, drawing master list, check precast shop drawing. 3. Can use tekla software prepare rebar detail, rebar batch. 4. 1-3 years experience in prefabrication plant design, familiar with tekla, excel, AutoCAD. 5. According to the project design progress plan and personnel plan prepared by the design manager and approved by the design director, allocate the work reasonably, complete the work list of team members, and lead the team members to complete the work of each stage according to the time node. 6. Organize pre-requisites for verification, and organize various professionals to mutually design conditions. 7. Implementing design work instructions, quality management system documentation, comprehensive review comments, drawing review opinions, etc. 8. Organize and complete checking of the work, submit to the in-charge design manager, design director (or deputy design director) for review and validation. 9. Lead the team to complete the Tekla modeling, submit the panel split layout, panel shop drawing, panel list, drawings revision, revision list and the post-service data required by the project. 10. Responsible for the technical disclosure, so that relevant departments can understand the shop-drawings. Responsible for the collection, sorting and filing of project documents and quality records. 11. Any other duties and responsibilities that assigned by superior from time to time.
